Are these unusual? Seemed to be a 50th anniversary special edition, there were two at this event (Oulton Park Gold Cup) the day before I took this photo.

Hi there,

Popped into Knutsford to grab a sandwich earlier and spotted a very nice Mclaren 570S in the showroom of Mclaren Manchester.

First one I have seen in the flesh but I have to say its very nice. This one was LHD but a great looking car and if funds ever allowed certainly one I would have a closer look at.

sorry for the poor through the window pics

Regards

Tim

Pretty sure I just saw a Ferrari 250 GTO in Harrogate, not clued up on old Ferraris but it certainly looked like one or a similar model

They are great looking cars; I work very near to Woking and see quite a few about on trade plates.

I had the luxury of spending some time with one a few months back, my favourite McLaren yet.

No pics, but yesterday I was overtaken on the A38 near Lichfield by a white Murcielago...on Queensland number plates! Don't think I've ever seen an Aussie-plated car of any kind on the road in the UK before.

Technically not a spot as such, but this will be one of the few times I get to see one of these in action.

Ferrari 599XX by Erik Hendrikx, on Flickr

Spotted at Spa. My car of the day, colour scheme is spot on in my opinion, so menacing. Driver wasn't hanging around either!
I was one of the PA commentators at the Ferrari Racing Days at Silverstone last year, and was lucky enough to be in the pitlane while these things had one of their sessions. The 599XX is undoubtedly one of the best sounding cars in the world - truly unbelievable and far better IMHO than even the F1 cars.

Hi there,

Spotted this exact car this morning outside a little garage in Holmes Chapel.
It was there last night but could only see the rear end at which point I thought it was a Ferrari. Saw it again this morning but parked the other way round at which point I could clearly see it was an Aston Martin, and a special one at that.

Hi there,

Walking the dog tonight and came across these two parked in Uttoxeter. The 911 GT3 was at the Racecourse whereas the 599 (on foreign plates, Monaco possibly) was near Tescos.

Also heading home from Knutsford towards Holmes Chapel and was passed by a White Italian registered Alfa Romeo 4C Spider. Possibly heading towards Mangoletsi (the Alfa dealer) which is just up the road.

Tim
