Supercars spotted, some rarities (vol 6)
Discussion
Happened to be in Sicily at the weekend and stumbled over the 100th year Targa Florio entrants parked up in Palermo Saturday eve.
Cold, wet and dark... hence unfortunate poor iThing photos... but thought worth sharing anyway.
Plenty of modern Ferraris, but the following really caught my eye.
D type under wraps, some lovely old Alfas and a showing of the new Guilia (smaller in the flesh than imagined).
550 a replica according to the web site entry list.
Wish I had done my homework before and positioned us up in the hills for sounds as well as sights.
Not sure Mrs Ess would have agreed tho, more interested in a spot of sun bathing...

Very common in Southern california which I presume is where you snapped this?
They're everywhere.
Hand on heart I had never heard of it, and have never seen one (anywhere in the world) before. Have seen plenty of i8s, but didn't even know of this...They're everywhere.
I stand corrected

This is the offending 918......difficult to make out the extent of tampering with the plate but its definitely a UK plate and something looks decidedly dodgy.....presumably for the usual chav/vanity/miscreant/fk the law/look at me aren't I Edited by av185 on Wednesday 11th May 06:57
