Just checked Instagram because I saw one posted recently - Penfold posted a black/black car in London a few days ago, one of the comments suggested it was 069, which according to the register seems correct.
ETA: the register mentions 069 having the LM interior - the photo that was posted appears to show a suede dashboard.

Fairly sure that was the one I saw in Kensington being used in some pretty unpleasant weather and covered in road grime. Awesome sight to behold and almost subtle given the small size and the fact it was filthy dirty. 2 of those cars have the same owner. (Aventador SV and yellow AV - actually a roadster) - Plenty of other cars were heading that way too! - Black Aventador SV - WH05 SVX
