I was a few cars behind a red La Ferrari between Marden and Linton just now, until it pulled into Linton petrol station.

I've been indoors at home for a few minutes now and as I started typing this heard it go down the Loose Road heading into Maidstone! biggrin

111 mile example for 100k in 2003.

Looking at recent results they are going for 250k+ not quite reaching 300k yet.

Another spot at Brunty this morning, for some reason it wouldn't load up on the previous post...

What was the prefix? Looks like an "R"?
I thought the very last ones were M reg?

I know there were a few that were sold off later on though but I don't know if they were pre reg?

Late registration? They struggled to shift the last few cars didn't they?

I recall so too, £100K sales rings a bell?

Yeah I think I heard some low figures being quoted. From Wiki:

Sales performance was disappointing. Jaguar had intended to produce up to 350 cars, but production ceased in 1994 with 275 production cars produced, not all of which had been sold; some left-hand drive examples were still available in 1997.

Just walked round the corner to see if it was still there in the daylight and it's been joined by a old camper van

If at Bruntingthorpe, like most airfields the surface can throw up quite a lot of grit, stones etc so probably just a temporary bit of protection. I needed a front end respray on my first elise after a day at Elvington.
