Not sure this fully counts, but didn´t know where else to put it. Seen on the M20 on Monday afternoon - Mk1 Mazda MX-5 Le Mans, one of an original 24 built to commemorate their win at Le Mans in ´91 - that´s paint, not a wrap, and they all had a BBR turbo conversion.
There used to be one parked on the drive of a house near Chase Farm Hospital in Enfield for years. Always thought it was something rare but didn't know they only did 24.......as in 24 hours of Le Mans naturally.M3ax said:

But the MP4 won't appreciate in value like the beemer I have no doubt they'll sell it to some chinless wonder with a pot full of tax rebates but it's nothing special to look at and there are much better cars available in that price bracket.

Ah yes that old chesnut

Re JayKays 911. Didn't I hear a thing that it's not a genuine RS when he thought it was?

I think it was a convertible Testarossa. Although it could have been a 512TR. Did they make a convertible version of those?
If it was light blue, there was a factory Testarosa spider built for Giovanni Agnelli. It was a one-off and was recently featured in Classic and Sports Car. I think it was a convertible Testarossa. Although it could have been a 512TR. Did they make a convertible version of those?

Oh, and a lovely Ferrari which was turning in to Windsor Farm Shop as I was leaving, yesterday mid-afternoon.

I feel daft now, but I'm no 'history of Modena' expert. All I know is that I spotted a late 80s/early 90s Ferrari with those side-strakes. I was half-way over the road, and concentrating on safely getting out into a gap in traffic, so didn't have time to stop and stare. Nice chap, though - happy to wave me out and wait until I got out of his way, rather than pulling up alongside me in that central refuge.
Was it left or right hand drive?I think it was a convertible Testarossa. Although it could have been a 512TR. Did they make a convertible version of those?

Most of the convertible Testa/512TRs were done in the USA, except Agnelli's. So lhd.
If it was a right drive Testa/512TR, then super rare.

...but my initial reaction, and what I said to the wife, was "that's a Testarossa". Followed by "wait. It could well be a 512?" I was pretty sure it wasn't a 348 at the time. Ho-hum.
