Good, we're not competing then! I love this video "C43 AMG nordschleife" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fe3i8bO0rb8
And the noise on the overtake from 2:55 on in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3slKYYq4NWQ

No MOT isn't ideal but I do like the look of this;
Highish miles, but sounds like owner has spent some ££ on it. The late V12's appeal to me and this one is a nice colour with nice wheels.

Nice understated colour, leather a bit too yellow. Love the rear pillar V12 badges on these.Highish miles, but sounds like owner has spent some ££ on it. The late V12's appeal to me and this one is a nice colour with nice wheels.

From the photos it looks like the car is still in Brussels, would you have to collect it from there? Difficult to get an MOT done on a car that isn't in the UK.
Cheap ferry from Dunkirk to Dover and then on your pre-booked MOT appointment as close as possible to where you live doesn't sound that difficult.Anyone fancy becoming better friends with their local petrol supplier?

True, but if your not that bothered about how much you sell it for compared to a the hassle of a two day trip, assuming they still live in Brussels. Has someone on here bought it?0a said:
43k mile e32 735 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1990-BMW-735-I-SE-AUTO-G...
Doesn't that look rather comfortable:
How does the e32 drive? A bit old school (ie meaning I'd probably rather like it!)?
Very nice. I remember seeing Sir James Goldsmith getting out of the back of a very similar one once. I've always liked that colour on those 7s.Doesn't that look rather comfortable:

For the right condition car I'd have a two tone interior... a car I know well was silver with a white and black interior. Nice enough for me!
It would need to tick all the boxes (including being the last few months of production) before I'd compromise on that - I parked near a two-tone interior C43 at the Revival and just peering through the window showed it would be a bitter pill to swallow (wanders off to look at cooking C classes with leather on Autotrader to see how much a breaker with leather can be obtained for.......hmm, are the seats the same)lordlee said:

I like these, had my eye on a Brooklands that Sunningdale Motors had in stock for ages. http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C549359

What does everyone think of the rather avantgarde interior of this (out of budget) example :

Have we had this E32 750i Sport yet? Top end of thread budget, but it's in by a gnat's chuff.

Alpina wheels, not sure about them myself but I imagine they could be moved on easily enough and replaced at lower cost with some originals.
I am not sufficient of an E32 beard to critique it for other originality points but it looks nice. I assume the front indicators should be amber but that's not a big job to fix.

PH-er judas might have something to add about these once his experiences are shared. http://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C549359

I'm slightly put off by, well, lots of things actually, but what does 'needs recommissioning' mean? Sounds certain to be expensive anyway.

We like it, but it has been for sale for a long time now. A couple of years I think someone said.
I nearly went to see it, but then decided I can't justify it.
The E32 750i Sport is the business. Nicest car I've seen on here in a while.
Oa, the fog lights on the C43 are standard but they aren't fogs, they're driving lights (i.e. main beams). The fogs are in the main headlamp cluster.
Nice "individual" E38 740i here, though needs re-gingering: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1996-BMW-740I-AUTO-RED-I...
