There is a multistory on upper parliament street in Nottingham which is pretty much a no go in small cars. I've not even tried it in the 5 series.

The thing I find most parking spaces not being long enough or wide enough, just means driving around finding one I'm happy with though.

Disco 3 driver.
No issues with its size. It's a huge box with large mirrors and despite its size, it has a fantastic turning circle.
It's also got a smaller footprint than a mk4 Mondeo. smile

Being high up you can spot gaps in traffic better, see over cars to plan ahead on motorways, it also has all round parking sensors to help.

You do have to pass on a few parallel parks as it's too long, and some car parks are too low to fit into but if they are too low then I would guess they also have very narrow spaces anyway.

You quickly get used to the size, buy whatever you are thinking of.

Its hard work, but doable. I just swing wide in mine before turning in, sometimes doing a 3 pointer.

The nose sticks out though in alot of spotts.

I Laugh when I see a range rover 7 floors down. must take 30 mins to get out lol!
