There are no coupes.

I personally think it's the 3series etc that confuse the publics perception of what a coupe is.To me a coupe is based on the way it looks.
To me a coupe is a Cayman, F-Type, 370z, Aston Martin V8 Vantage, GT86, 911, TT etc.
I know some have back seats and some don't. All of the above though are very distinguishable with (to an extent) exotic looks/aesthetic as opposed to say a 3 series or a schirrocco are nice versions of non exotic looking cars.
Look, I know I'm not explaining this well, but trying to say that to me there are no black and white rules, but rather a bit of common sense that comes into play when describing what is a coupe and what isn't.
Insight Mk1 UK tax free model.
Rare probably only around 200 in UK now, interesting, aluminium, light, tax free, 100mpg capability, won't depreciate, tweakable for extra performance, an enthusiasts car which will attract more attention when parked than most of the others on this thread. .
~£6000 will get you a decent one £4000 + £2000 for a new battery and next ten years trouble free.

I do love these. Saw one on the M3 the other day - we had a little Insight love in...Rare probably only around 200 in UK now, interesting, aluminium, light, tax free, 100mpg capability, won't depreciate, tweakable for extra performance, an enthusiasts car which will attract more attention when parked than most of the others on this thread. .
