I think they're excellent. Lasting far better than the Continentals I had before (not difficult with less than 8000 miles from a full set of those...) and offering equal grip. And when they start getting baked in the summer sun, they never seem to let go.

Had them on my Focus ST. 225/40/18.

Great tyre, only complaint is they must be very soft; I only managed 5k miles out of the fronts and I was nursing them along by the end of that. Couldn't justify replacing them at that rate!

Thank you for all the positive feedback chaps, appreciate it.

Looks like a set of 4 will be on its way soon!

Put a full set of Vorti on my Leon Cupra R and have been very impressed. Traction Control much less intrusive now especially in the wet.

Another recommendation here, got them on my z4 and had them on the m3 before it. I think the vorti is the new top of the range tyre from vredestein, certainly wasn't available last time I replaced mine.

I had these on the rear of my e46 (still have a pair on the front axle) and liked them. I fancied some Avons for the rear, and the Vredesteins were much better (though now the Avons are 3k old they have bedded in a bit).

I recommend these tyres, and they will be the ones I buy next.

A few years back, in a tyre test, they came second only to the Goodyear F1 thingies and were quieter.

4 ordered from Camskill yesterday evening. £69 each in 225/45 R17 flavour. Hopefully get them fitted by my local tyre chap this w/e.

I had them on my B10 V8. They didn't last very long, but then not many tyres do on one of those smile

Really rated them. They even worked quite well in the snow - must be to do with the odd tread pattern.
I was going to ask about snow. Bet they steered well, but maybe took a while to start and stop? Am genuinely interested as I'm looking for a couple of new tyres soon and want something that will cope with small amounts of snow incase winter does its trick thing again.

They were surprisingly good all round to be honest - I put it down to the tread pattern being almost horizontal across the width of the tyre in places. Honestly I was amazed they got an automatic RWD V8 running wide rear tyres moving at all!

On my third set on the Leon Cupra R. Excellent tyre wet or dry and brilliant value for money. I always get mine from Camskill who are also excellent :-)

May have just been a manufacturing issue with mine, but this happened to two of mine a few years ago, both had around 3mm left and both failed on the inner edge, Car was an Audi A6 quattro 3.0TDi

Vredestein customer service didn't want to know. I'll never buy them again!

The 911 I had used to eat tyres, I fitted Vredstein's ,they were not Porsche "N" approved but were mile's better in grip & wear/Noise than Continentals,S03's & Toyo imo. I first used them as far back as late 1970's on trial bikes.
I fitted them to my E36 M3 & my Cerbera, on the rear, although the Cerbera was no where near as heavy on the tyres as the M3/911 they were excellent. I have a C32 amg which apparently eats tyres ,it has M/pilot sports 2 all round but will be having Vredsteins when needed, you seem to have been unlucky Silverbullet not the norm for these tyres. Although its pretty poor of the company to fob you off!

Colleague runs these on a 330i, swears by them. They were originally going to be my first choice for replacing my PS3s but couldn't seem to get them in 225/45 R17 at the time and went with Eagle F1s instead.

Had two sets on my old Leon Cupra R, awesome. Just put a set on my XKR, also awesome. Grip is brilliant in the wet or dry, they deal with standing water very well too, no aquaplaning to speak of. I even managed a couple of very snowy winters with them on the Leon, only got stuck once, trying to get up an unploughed road up a hill out in the sticks.

Can't fault them at all.
