Not so much bad parking as such, but just for info. In the papers today is a Merc which has been parked in the bowels of a multi story car park in Birmingham for 3 years.

To date it has racked up £14,235 in parking fees.

They have failed to trace the owner, so they have contacted the local authority to remove it, any spares anyone.

Rear diff is knackered apparrently.

I thought you weren't supposed to call it the rear diff any more, just the diff.

Not that I would wish to stereotype....

(No disabled badge displayed either..)
Maybe they were trying to avoid parking in the disabled bays so used the hatched yellow area in between instead?

Sainsburys BOD, fairly busy, and as always when I reverse park, I always check behind my car just in case I have crossed over into the bay behind me, and this is what I see.

Maybe the driver is an arctic driver on his break and borrows his OH car. Whoops can't be that, truckers are usually good at parking their. Whiles.

Look at the front wheel, you can where the bay ends.

Nice to see my old thread still going strong and on volume 3 smile

I'll add another; no blue badge, no child (outside mothercare) and not perticularly thoughtful in giving much space to the left for anyone disabled.

Couldn't you and the other gym bunnies just have picked it up and moved it?

Another 4x4; from last year, I think I've posted it before, the only stereotype missing is a private plate:

Local town has just had the pavements replaced. Less than 3 days after the road was re-opened, someone thought this was acceptable

That is a spectacular example of f^&*wittery. Not only are they on double yellows and the pavement, they appear to be almost on the apex of a 90degree bend.

I cannot, for the life of me, fathom what utterly deficient, twisted logic makes people think that this kind of behaviour is any way acceptable.

This muppet, yesterday...

I had to reverse around a corner, go back to the main road, and find an alternative route around him. Luckily I'd factored some extra time into my journey to allow for fkwittery, else I'd have been late for an appointment.

Bonus points for the brickie's van sticking out at a jaunty angle, and also for the 'bus' on the right - front wheels well outside the parking box wink

My daughters neck of the woods, she is a couple of roads away, hence why I see the van often as I'm Guildford too.
