This street is double parked it's whole length, this car was locked, in gear and handbrake on, everyone else just had to reverse back.

Was working nearby, checked an hour later and it was still there.

Unbelievable.

Those builder shots reminded me of this lot...

There's a couple of not great parking's on there - but I don't think it's too bad. I assume there is some sort of project on the train lines going on, and these tend to be done quickly - parking is not going to be provided....
There was, but they'd obstructed all the passing places which was fun on a wet verge....

Not Guildford/Merrow per chance, I guess though there are a thousand roads in the UK just like this?

Maybe its just me, but I would never think of leaving a car parked like that, needs lifting and crushing, teach the selfish twunt a lesson.

Working at same address today in that street, asked the lady who lives there about the car she said it wasn't broken down. The bloke lives on the street and has left it like that before when he can't find a space.
It's Hackney for whoever asked.

The police deal with obstruction if someone lets them know.

That will go down a treat if the fire brigade/ambulance have to attend an incident down there.

The sooner someone calls the police the better, nows your chance for fame.

It shouldn't be hard to find the owner, I'm guessing it's parked right outside his house.

That just absolutely beggars belief. Phone the Police: the utterly, prize-winningly, eye wateringly selfish f%^&tard is obstructing the highway.

Set his house on fire, i bet he'd move it pretty quickly then.

n.b. I am not really advocating this course of action.

I hate people taking up disabled spaces when they are clearly not disabled-100 times more so when there are plenty of other spaces immediately next to them. This was at the border crossing between Croatia and Bosnia

And no matter if you want to park on the main road through Sarajevo, but cant quite find the car park 25 yards away, stick it where you like.

Ha, Police bikes in the disabled spots! Typical ex-Yu. Belgrade parking was a riot during the sanctions - it's been reigned in now though and most people behave, but there's always enough amusing material there.

I'll be skiing in Jahorina in a few weeks - how's the weather in Sarajevo?

That's one of the main roads through town. On a one way system as well so you can't get round any other way. Unbelievable
