Guy rolls up in his Honda, dumps it in the two bays and wanders off to the chip shop.
It's not as if it was a tight squeeze to his left.

It is dustbin day. The bins are a clue. Park next to them and the automated gear on the side of the refuse truck, when it arrives, cannot reach them. Result : they are not emptied.

This is a clear example of 'bad parking'

Don't the bin men wheel them to the rear of the truck?

That's what they do here so the van wouldn't be an issue

That's how mine are picked up, those with side loading trucks the residents put the bins on the kerb the other way round, only ever seen one side loading truck.

I don't think I've ever seen a side loading one anywhere.

They need to change to a real one like this then and parked cars wouldn't be a problem.

Went down to mayflower park in southampton the other day to see what the hoegh Osaka was upto

There's a bunch if spaces at the end of the carpark where you can sit in your car and watch.

So there's a line if old guys with binoculars sat in their cars watching when old tt bags in his fiesta drives along the pavement, does a weird 7 point turn and then ruins the view for everyone by parking on the pavement in front of them

Actually this example doesnt effect anyone else as the lamp post is more of a problem !!!

What came first, the parking space or the lamp post ?

This is a typical scene in any carpark in Cyprus. I would honestly say that a good 70% of cars are badly parked. The white lines are just something to vaguely aim for!

Perfectly usable parking space regardless of the lamp post, it wouldn't be difficult to reverse into that if the Mercedes was parked properly.
