Lifted from another forum so I have no details but WTF!!!!???
Just to close this one out, I emailed the Scottish Ambulace Service and they confirmed their ambulances do have the height of the vehicle displayed in the cab.Edited by Scousefella on Thursday 14th May 20:09
A few pages ago I suggested perhaps it wasn't displayed.

Took my little girl for a walk in her pram yesterday. Came across two muppets who had blocked the path and access for the pram:
The one at the bottom is regularly parked on the ample drive space. Not yesterday though, for some reason.
It's not their fault your daughter hasn't learnt to walk yet.The one at the bottom is regularly parked on the ample drive space. Not yesterday though, for some reason.

Had the pleasure of visiting B&Q twice this weekend. Each time this monumental bellend was parked like this. Mustn't have wanted to get his shoddy matt wrap marked.
Bellend.jpg, sounds about right. Intriguing post about BD08JFK here:

A bill banning parking on pavements is to be introduced to the Scottish Parliament for the third time.
Under the current law, only driving on the pavement is prohibited unless councils have passed specific traffic regulations.
SNP MSP Sandra White hopes her proposals will stop vehicles blocking walkways, a particular issue for people with mobility problems.
But it is unclear whether Holyrood or Westminster has the power to legislate.
The Footway Parking and Double Parking (Scotland) Bill would make it an offence to park on footways or drop kerbs and would outlaw double parking.

Taking the space of two cars and blocking a dropped kerb. For a period of several days.
(Although whether it is a good idea to put a dropped kerb in a parking bay is another matter)!
