Surely a wind up. Only a complete tard would ticket a wheel-barrow.

Oh yeah. He's a traffic warden hence he is a tard.

Started off thinking FFS but ultimately almost jealous of the brass neck/blissful ignorance mind-set that produces something like this in a half empty car park.

An affront to all the hard working traffic management operatives that keep our roads moving.
What would we do without them?

OMG, God be praised, no lightning bolts, no mega earth tremors, no birds fell out of the sky and the sun is still shining.

TWO, I tell you TWO cars managed to parallel park alongside each other, even without the usual obligatory white lines, and not only that, they did it in a space designed only for TWO cars, so there is hope biggrin

And they REVERSED in.

No - he's a civil/parking enforcement officer. Real Traffic Wardens are police employees.

The story doing the rounds verbally is that it was builders trying to keep a space free for a van to return later, as it was a short term pay and display parking area.

Not sure how much truth is in that though, as the whole area looks empty of any cars? And I would have thought, they would use cones.

Been to assess some damage on a rental property, driving back out the estate I come across this. The driver of the Micra is stood at the side of the road, both myself and the Golf didn't stand a chance of fitting through the gap. The driver stood there, looked at us both and did nothing. As I opened my door to go ask him to move, he walked towards the car and moved 2 yards further along, just allowing enough space to squeeze through.
