I pass a smart parked like this every day on my commute and it does visibly stick out more than all the other cars in that bay and you do find yourself pulling further out into the centre of the road and back again.


I reckon that picture was taken 'later' rather than on the day of the offence. It seems way to convenient that the other car is as far over as she is, and also lacks other parked cars.

Wondering if there was another car to the left, and the smart car just backed into the gap, if not why not just parallel park, oh well, good result anyway.
