Smart car driver's fine for parking sideways in Stroud quashed

one might imagine she should be ticketed for (possibly) blocking in t'other parker frown
Looks like the other car is about two feet from the kerbb, and over the line bet they didn't get a ticket.

I pass a smart parked like this every day on my commute and it does visibly stick out more than all the other cars in that bay and you do find yourself pulling further out into the centre of the road and back again.

I reckon that picture was taken 'later' rather than on the day of the offence. It seems way to convenient that the other car is as far over as she is, and also lacks other parked cars.

(edited - No shops look busy either??)

Wondering if there was another car to the left, and the smart car just backed into the gap, if not why not just parallel park, oh well, good result anyway.

Not parking I know, but a bunch of selfish wkers waiting there and completely blocking in fire engines. Tossers, hopefully one of their houses burn down and they can't get there in time.

Bad parking, well I would put this idiot in the category of precise calculated abandonment.

With a twist of arrogance and ignorance. Just drove through and abandoned it.

By the way, the drain cover separates the bay's, and everyone knows it, cept him.

A tard in Leeds, God give me strength, hope,he checked out the MOT as well biggrin

Surely a wind up. Only a complete tard would ticket a wheel-barrow.

Oh yeah. He's a traffic warden hence he is a tard.
An affront to all the hard working traffic management operatives that keep our roads moving.
What would we do without them?

Where's that picture of the Simpsons "a world without lawyers"?

ETA: found it

I imagine similar if there were no traffic wardens.

That or open your door into a bush.
Very painful for the bush owner.

A pair of pliers and a quick tug on his tyre valves would probably put them off doing it again, not that I condone that kind of thing.

Excellent. Imagine if the BiB arrived then booked the pike for not having tax or insurance...

Regardless of the circumstance, no one should deliberately crash into another vehicle. Especially one with children on board.

Disgraceful behaviour.
