Pavements are obviously just extra parking space.

Why don't they get a ticket?

THANKYOU. I'd love to know why my pics always end up sideways! They look okay in preview!

Tesco Park Farm?
I see loads of cars parked like at Tesco Park Farm so I can see why you said that!
Indeed...

Ha, glad I'm not alone in seeing the terrible parking at that store. There was a stage recently where they would put small signs in the hatched areas to stop them parking there, but it didn't last long and as soon as they were removed the parking in those areas resumed.

There's barely a visit I make here where there's not someone parked in the hatched areas at the end, just so they get a few feet closer to the front door.

No pic but visualise two cars in the "Pick up point", (so no space left), one with a driver in.

I double park to load up the boot and said to him, "This is a pick up point not a general parking point, that's why I am double parked to load my shopping", to which he said "I am picking someone up"

Year right, no one in sight. Yea yea his wife could have called and said I will be out in 20 mins or so, but honestly.

Double yellow lines ? Check
Dangerous blind corner, forcing oncoming traffic into the same place ? Check
Too lazy to walk an extra 10m to the unrestricted straight bit ? Check

A regular occurrence in our close, particularly with vans.

When this meathead came back to his van I pointed out the error of his ways so he followed me up the close shouting "I know where you live"......watch this space.

There's always only one response to that kind of thing.

"Yes but I can move house. You're stuck with that face/being a muppet/your spawn".

(Credit due to Mr W Churchill for the concept)

Sainsburys, Coldhams Lane, Cambridge this afternoon. Who, in the name of Judas Iscariot's bumboy, gets put of their car after that and thinks "Hmmm, good job of parking"?!

Cant beat seeing the electric car owners faces though when they turn up with 2 miles charge left and no plug spare. hehe

They could easily be Pistonheader's cars. There are quite a few nutters with an irrational fear of electric cars.
