I don't normally have much empathy with bus drivers, but the "trained fighter" was an absolute, 24 carat knobjockey.
With a bit of luck, they will track her down, and fine her for dumping her car on double yellows at a bus stop. Because of her actions the bus was itself causing an unnecessary obstruction on the carriageway.

Gobby cow as well biggrin

And give the "Trained man" a bit more training at her majesty's pleasure, if only.

Sainsburys, Coldhams Lane, Cambridge this evening. The car park wasn't even busy. What the actual f%^k goes on in some people's heads?

Watched this old giffer for nearly 5 mins trying to get in this position, then he sat there while someone tried to squeeze into the gap to the left

What sort of car park is that? If the Fiesta had parked in the spot, would it have not blocked in the other cars? Or can the other cars reverse out?

Can't be much of a "trained fighter", unless it's a trick of the light, I'm sure he's got two black eyes.biggrin

He missed 'badly' out of the sentence.

I think the "trained idiot fighter" came out worse, but the bus driver could have handled that better.

Nice car, lazy parking:

DSC_0005 by Smithyithy, on Flickr

Behind him (to my left) was a completely empty row of about 10 spaces against a kerb / grass. Could've just parked there to reduce the chance of damage..

Nope, don't agree with that - that's good parking.

The driver of that VW Touran is the problem here. If the Macca driver tries to park in the space next to the Polo, he's bound to have someone try to wedge themselves in the space next to the Touran - probably resulting in damage caused to the 650S. Alternatively, if the Macca driver tries to park in the space next to the Touran, he'll be too wide and some twit will probably try to wedge themselves next to the Polo; again, probably resulting in damage to the 650S.

ETA: Plus, he's folded in his mirrors so that's a definite 11/10 for parking prowess.
How on Earth can you defend that? That's cock parking of the highest order, as is the GTR.
If he didn't feel safe leaving it in a single space then he should have gone somewhere else, makes me cringe to look at it.

A mate sent this to me. Happened lunchtime at Knutsford services southbound. No other vehicle involved they drove up the truck protection kerb and parked it there.
I'm sure they had it coned off pretty quickly.

Double yellow lines, check; cycle lane, check; taking up most of pavement, check; Ivan Lendl,....

Bonus points for getting perfectly level with the shop sign to make it almost impossible to get past.

I know the place.

Recently, empty when I arrived and ... oh bugger ...

Managed to get in the passenger side without touching the Focus.
I had that a few days ago, luckily I had my soft roof on the Elise so took the roof off and climbed in.
