This van decided to park right outside an entrance and blocking 3 disabled bays - 2 of which were occupied. 20 minutes to finally sort it out and they didn't even apologise.

Its hard to see in the pics, but its very cramped there.

One for Morland's twitter feed etc...

I thought they handed out a special parking pass with all 320d/520d's allowing owners to park anywhere and use of the German cars only lane on motorways? wink

Sticks.

I have come to the conclusion that the vehicle of choice for the aggressive, speeding and reckless londoner is now.......the BMW X5. Especially when adorned in Halfords plastics, 38 inch alloys and cheap window tints.
Guaranteed driving cock.

Taking a risk. The traffic wardens in London are better at surveillance and targetted hits than the Russian FSB.

The fact the white line lines up almost exactly with the towball on that is extremely pleasing to the eye.

Annoying, but at least they've purposely taken two spaces, which I find less annoying than those who park with their car wheels just over the white line, thus rendering the whole space next to them useless, all because they can't be bothered to park properly.

Courtesy of a poster on another forum I use:

Good use of a disabled bay when not actually disabled (just fat evidently) and also parking over the pedestrian walkway.

Maybe they think that by not parking on the disabled marking, it doesn't count...

If I was a blue badge holder and saw that I would park directly behind them.

So do I.

Except on Thursday, I followed a 14 plate X5. The indicators worked and were used, no tailgating, and driven courteously. Obviously hasn't had the time to read the owners manual yet....

Sticks.

Would have been tempted to bump up onto the kerb and park as close to them as possible personally.
