and catching motorists in an illegally enforced road restriction.....council was in the wrong (proven)

I remember that one, nice to see they were proven to be wrong, as I recall you could enter that road, THEN you came across the no entry sign. As far as parked in a cycle lane with solid line, bet they didnt get a ticket.

If it were a Police Scamera van you could possibly be done for obstruction if you larked about. What's the position on standing in front of a Council Scamera vehicle and say sending a really long text?

No doubt the same as warning others there's a scamera down the road. You'll get points on your licence even if you were a pedestrian. Yes, it doesn't make sense - what happens if you don't have a driving licence. Do they take away your TV licence?

Just your regular, run-of-the-mill ignorant parking. Close to the store, and taking up two spaces. Tesco, The Meadows, Camberley. Nothing new there. Still, it meant I didn't have to worry about squeezing in or out of my car. thumbup
Not sure how old your pic is, but I thought the reg was familiar. Same driver on Friday of last week - just a few spaces further up:

My photo was from 15/12/2015. I've been clearing the clutter from a couple of memory cards, hence why the big delay in posting it.

And yet more cycle lane fkwittery. If you (I mean 'drivers' as a species) expect cyclists to ride in cycle lanes where they are provided, then quit obstructing the access to them. Elsewise, I'll presume, based on experience, that there's always going to be an obstruction of some kind on said cycle path, and never bother with using them. Try not to be like this bunch of s, and if the knob-headedness stops, I'll consider your (less than polite wink ) requests for me to "Get in the fking bike lane!"
to be quite fair if you park like that you're inviting someone to damage your car - and I'm ok with that

What is it with lazy drivers failing to straighten their wheels when parking?

I'm sick of seeing it. I hate it. Ever since some pensioner twunt in a gold Mercedes estate bashed my car a good'un and drove off without a note after parking like this, I never park next to anyone who I can see has left the wheels turned like this. And it grips my st when I get back to find some Dick/Doris has parked next to me like this. Grrrr! irked
Most crap parking involves driving into spaces, just shows crappy lazy attitude.

Not the worst parking ever. But with it being a classic car, and the van being hard over to the left of it's bay, why not line the Minor up hard over to the left too? It's a relatively small car park in Bournemouth, and the Minor is the last car to have arrived at the moment the picture was taken. It's early, and the car park WILL be full by mid morning, so there's a strong likelihood that someone will fill the space between the Morris and the van before either one leaves.
however it does show the difference in size twixt old and new and the possible reason to have bigger spaces wink

Two empty spaces with no lines directly behind it, but that'd mean a 5m longer walk to his front door

Thank you!

It's opposite a junction on my street - loads of tts were parking all over the place so a few yellows went down to regulate it a few months back, but sales rep man in his A-Class just parks where the fk he likes no matter what. He wears a stupid hat as well.

Can't be arsed to drive forward into the space? Just leave it there so the car park attendants even put a safety barrier around it.

I like to think that he's just left the handbrake off and it's rolled back...but in reality probably not!
