I was literally walking back from the local school having attended a meeting to address the utterly moronic parking during pick up and drop off times when this happened...

I mean I know school run parking mongtwottery is at an epidemic scale nationally but the school has tried to educate the parents many times recently. Unfortunately the perpetrators are either to damned stupid to see what they're doing is illegal and potentially placing children in danger or they're so full of a misplaced sense of entitlement they don't think common sense applies to them.
