This happens a lot here, overgrown hedge and a narrow road, just after a bend in a one way so it forces people to cross or walk round.

Not just car drivers that are selfish, hedge growers too.

Stage coach watch out, they are notorious for doing that. I am talking about the city to city ones, Aberdeen to London used to stop in Edinburgh for over half a hour, engine running.

Buses etc have rather small batteries for the amount of internal lights. 10mins with them on can prevent restarting. Bet h&s prevent passengers being on with no lights.

To be fair, at that point, the house had just changed hands, the current owner put planning permission in for a 6ft high wall and electric gates to replace the hedge but got loads of objections on grounds of asthetics, he used the overgrown hedge as justification but the neighbours saw through that and with plain old common sense, "well just prune it" biggrin

Even if the hedge was pruned, I dont think you would get through on foot

Ok, its not that bad, but when your numberplate reads OCD you'd make a little more effort surely?

Parking on the approach to a junction. There is a car park just behind the building but the customers / staff of the antique shop dont seem to use it. Its like this everyday and pisses me right off. Have just sent an email to the council with photos and Im going to send them more photos often til they do something about it.

I reckon every single one of them would say "we're just loading, won't be a minute". And the "authorities" (remember when that used to mean something?) would just open wide and suck it up.

This absolute weapons grade cock on my road. More than enough space to park on the drive, but no, let's park on the pavement and fecking block it entirely. It's not as though their are any old people or prams about.

Inconsiderate waste of skin.

Oops, could someone adjust that for me ? Cheers.

Well the council replied to my email and said there isn't any parking restrictions there so they are unable to help. Completely missing the point of the email. I have replied that maybe they should look into putting some there then as the cars are parked dangerously close to a junction.

I think that takes the biscuit, not one or two, but three of the buggers, where is the warden when you need it.

The row of rubbish bins on public display (evidently not bin day, no others visible in the street, and they surely don't collect all types on the same day) would be enough for me to convict him and sentence him to life in Stoke-on-Trent. I have a neighbour opposite who does this and I have to sit in my dining room staring at their bins whilst eating nearly every sodding day. They've left them out for a fortnight at the moment whilst away on holiday instead of simply asking me to put them out on the right days for them. Gah. People.

If the bins offend you so much, and your neighbours are on holiday, surely you could move them without being asked? We do when our neighbours are away, they do when we're away - have done for years.
