5-6 vehicles untaxed (and probably without insurance)? That's pretty shocking assuming you don't live in a really, really long street!Hoofy said:

Road is about half a mile long and 80% of it is free parking bays. I was surprised as it's not even the bad part of town, it's the nice part! Most of the cars on the road are commuters and aren't here during the night.ashleyman said:

I guess it could be a clerical error on the part of the owner/driver. They put the notice to one side and forget etc.
I think thats what it is too. They're definitely not pool cars or chav cars. It was cars like Micras, a huge Toyota 4x4 thing with a trailer and then a bunch of Audis and Fords that weren't more than 5 years old. Most of them had gone by about 10PM and this morning only 1 remains.ashleyman said:

YESSSSSSSS. Love it!1. It was raining AND the sun was shining so they couldn't see the white letters.
2. They have a fishing permit (albeit last years) in a drawer somewhere at home.
3. They had only pulled over for 30mins, to go the supermarket, so they could get some cashback at the tils to pay for parking elsewhere.
