The BAD PARKING thread [vol3]
Discussion
Re : the bins in that earlier photo I took. Everyone else on the estate puts them in the back garden until the day the refuse wagon empties them. But as this family have just moved in and are the only family to rent, they clearly thinks it's ok to park like twunts, leave their bins on display all week and have there front lawn looking like something that David Attenbrough would give a voice over for.
Absolute pain the rear.

I think that takes the biscuit, not one or two, but three of the buggers, where is the warden when you need it.And is not this a traffic offence that a warden cannot deal with? It's 3 points and a £100 ticket from a real policeman is it not?

No, it's not so bad! The cars on the right of the picture had dove into the kerb at the sight of me approaching at a breathtaking 15 mph in my precious bus! (Hence the higher viewpoint of the (alleged!) dashcam).

Your right, watched with amusement when a copper on a motorbike, pulled up, and slapped a ticket on a 4 x 4 on zig zags in Edinburgh, gave the driver some verbal as well. When he queried why he had a ticket. (He was walking away as the cop showed up).And is not this a traffic offence that a warden cannot deal with? Should make it a £1000 and be done with it.

That's very considerate of you but in the original thread I outlined the law about this sort of thing. If it's on a public road you do not need to blank the number plate. If it's on private property you do not need the land owners consent unless there name of the owner or business name is displayed (ask permission or pixel it out), on private property you need to pixel out the number plate unless you have the vehicle owners consent. I'd like to caution anyone who posts photo's of vehicles in car parks without the land owner or vehicle owners consent it's Pandora's box of Privacy Law that could get you in trouble.

Parking on the approach to a junction. There is a car park just behind the building but the customers / staff of the antique shop dont seem to use it. Its like this everyday and pisses me right off. Have just sent an email to the council with photos and Im going to send them more photos often til they do something about it.
