Idiots parking partially on the footpath in an area which saves them a few seconds when walking to the nearby shops as opposed to using the nearby car park.
The sign should leave them in no doubt but they take their chances anyway.
The reason the sign is there? to stop the idiots from blocking access for delivery trucks which now has little choice but to block one lane of the road a few yard from a bend in the road

Clamping cars for unwanted parking is unlawful. The sign should leave them in no doubt but they take their chances anyway.

£250 fine? Good luck with that, and the threat of clamping. They might stand more chance of not being ignored if they painted double red lines on the road. The sign should leave them in no doubt but they take their chances anyway.

This one got up my bks for a few reasons:
1) abandoned on crossing
2) left engine running
3) parked in opposite direction to traffic
4) ITS A fkING CAR PARK! I'm sure the 40 foot walk from an empty spot was far too much.
Mmm engine running, false plates, was there a bank nearby ?
