What made it even funnier is that that the bloke who ''parked" the LR, got out, took a look to see how straight he was and must have though that it was fine and then walked in to do his shopping.

Didn't realise until I zoomed in this that's a rover 25 not a c class 3dr.

Have done that a few times. You sit there wondering why they aren't moving then see cars passing on your right!

Just thought I'd comment here too. Parent stopped at local secondary school opposite the entrance so her child had to cross the busy road and meantime the school buses couldn't get out. Selfish and stupid!

CCTV to monitor parking at schools on my patch. Presumably with a bking if poorly positioned. Or maybe detention?

Pretty much every morning of the school run I see a mum pull up (usually later than they should be) and park half on a pavement with the back of the car on zebra zig zags and the front into a bus stop.

I see local news reports about the police occasionally hanging around other schools to cut down on this but have seen them drive past her car a couple of times without flinching.
