Surely, this is a job for the Parking Eye cameras, then no-one is put at risk of being assaulted by some twit that can't park sensibly and the money still rolls in.If I could be bothered, I would set up a company to do just this, you'd only need to work a couple of hours a day and rotate round the local area at random and you would probably be able to retire in 5 years. Hmm, now how do I set up this legally???
