Nothing new but just keeping my hand in. Another VIP driver.

May be they think Pick up Point means "Parking for Pricks.

The Audi was there quite a time. When we shop, we have three full plastic boxes, so I load the boot there and leave the trolly with the others, so I end up double parking to load the boot, which of course causes a bottle neck on occasions.
Lack of enforcement, pure and simple.
I spent about 45mins at one of those pick up points, sadly no ladies approached me frown

What's a pick up point for?. Whatever you choose to do, it doesnt excuse these "I will just abandon my car at the pick up point, why should I use the car park" brigade.

But that aside, I have a couple of spaces I generally back into to protect one side of my car from others, but the rear is up tight to bushes. So it's just as easy to have the OH wait with the shopping at the pick up point whilst I get the car.
Drive straight in, protect the other side...
Think that one has been thrashed to death

If some "ladies" approached you up here, you would scoot.

I know a chap who worked at the local supermarket - his job was to keep the storefront tidy, greet and help customer and do other stuff around the entrance area.

One day he took it upon himself to chide someone for parking in the pick-up-point (as-in leaving their car locked-up there) - they complained to the store manage and he received a formal warning for 'upsetting a customer and bringing the company into disrepute'

He compounded this shortly thereafter by chiding someone for letting their kids drop litter - he was sacked.

Y'see, supermarkets don't give a fk about anything but money-in-the-till and woebetide you if you in ANY way deter someone from throwing said money into said till...

Had to look up chide, never heard that one before, sounds typical to me. Last time I stopped at a motorway service station, and noticed two middle aged ladies park in a disabled bay, (no badge), and scooted away from the car.

I said politely "Do you know you have parked in a disabled bay", talk about Jekyll and Hyde, she exploded. Whoops digressing. At least I learnt a new word today beer

How do you rotate pics on thumbsnap? I have pics on my pc which look fine but when I upload them to thumbsnap they rotate a different way? I did ask this in the How to upload a pic guide but had no reply frown

You can't - Thumbsnap is unless and hopelessly dated. Most operating systems and applications look at the orientation tags in the JPEG files - Thumbsnap ignores them.

Bad if they are there to do some shopping, which is unlikely.

I thought that was some sort of joke. The picture is from either Grangemouth or Falkirk in Scotland
