and the new citroen DS series or the bmw mini or the astons or the.......(insert any model car here) don't need the styling cues from earlier models - jeez i'm glad people around here aren't designing cars!

i much prefer the older style discos

and as for the "others" i assume you mean the disco sport which is a rebadged/repackaged freelander (like the RR Evoque) and not a historic disco at all

I was talking to a dealer about it. Just a design reference back to the old model. It serves no practical purpose. He thinks it will be gone in the first facelift as all the feedback from dealer and early customers on it has been terrible.

These design cues are important when you're exploring icy peaks and rescuing goats from the sides of mountains.

I'd like to think the silver car parked afterwards and parked like that to take the piss out of the blind driver of the white car. Otherwise, if I were the driver of the silver car and came back to that, I'd be tempted to leave a boot print in the white car's door.

From the C-pillar back it is giving me a whiff of Ssanyong Rodius, which is never a strong look.

But were the Police buying Donuts or actually in the shopping centre responding to a shoplifter/assault?

I'd say so, as the Mazda driver exited via the passenger side otherwise.

I would say top marks to the Merc driver for that, but he does appear to have left the Audi driver (who's done nothing wrong) a tricky entry if he/she is anything other than skinny.

Yes. I pulled him up on it though, as even if the fine was paid it would have come out of our pocket anyway.

So was the police car left there because the guys were on an emergency job? Or were they just buying doughnuts?
