Although I hate it when I park as far away from the supermarket doors as possible, normally nothing else parked in that bit only to return to some fudge packer who has decided to park right next to me..... It does annoy me not gonna lie.
But why? That's the bit I'm struggling with. It's a parking space.

I guess it's the fact that there might be 20 empty spaces in & around you, but one person will decide to park right next to you. I know it's silly & I know I shouldn't allow it to annoy me, but it does.

If you parked in the furthest corner of an empty car park and returned to find a car next to you I guarantee you'd be thinking "WTF?!?!" as much as anyone else on here.

Fleetcare Services I have changed your brand name to suit your inconsiderate parking.

Fleetcare Services has been a leading national company in the repair of commercial vehicles since 1999.
Our Head Office is located in the South West and our client base consists of major highways contractors & utility suppliers covering all areas of the UK with our support services.
We recognise that downtime on your vehicle costs money. Our on site vehicle repair together with rapid response time, high standard of service and ability to work at your depot has earned us our excellent reputation within the industry unfortunately we do struggle with giving a st when it comes to parking.

It annoys me too. You go to the effort to choosing a space least likely to have another car park next to you, for the sole purpose of minimising the risk of doors being slammed wide open or bumpers physically scraped by another car trying to squeeze alongside. You try to protect your bodywork, then find that somebody has decided to park next to you for the sake of parking next to you. Especially annoying if it's then a bit of a struggle to get in your own car because they've parked so close.

People who choose to park like this are pure s of society, whether they're aware of the fact or not.

Do people really get upset about someone parking next to them? In a car park, of all places!

Bad parking is one thing but losing an erection because someone has the audacity to use a parking space is a bit mental.
Yeah it gets right on my fking tits, I park the shed focus anywhere but if I take the merc out I always lark away from anyone else in a far corner ( it's just what I do, a bit nice car ocd ). More often than not when I come back out some is next to me, why I never know. Loads of spaces but no lets park next to this car. s the lot of them

Once had that on a beach as well. Empty when we got there, a family with 3 kids decided they were going to sit 15 feet from us. After about 10 minutes of them running about and screaming we picked up out stuff and moved 200 metres further down the beach where it was still empty. They were s as well

How dare someone else want to use the beach and to think, children running around having fun, the horror. I assume you tutted loudly when you picked up your things and moved?

When you have the whole beach to choose from, why choose the bit of land right next to the only other people on the beach? There's some human psyche stuff going on with that mentality, both the beach and the car park examples, that I can't fathom. Must be some people feeling they have to be near other's perhaps?

Territorial marking and dominance related behaviour. Same as my next door neighbour always leaving his van/bins outside my windows, bespoiling my views and light, rather than his own.

No I don't mind if they use the beach at all. But it was rather odd that a beach 1/2 mile long and they went right next to us, all very odd.

Probably not, Ajay would be about 25 years younger and in a tracksuit I'd guess

Was it 'mr alan' who ran his wife over in France recently? Mercedes Benz pride and joy, and a slightly sociopathic attitude to other people in car parks? I'll bet he makes made his (poor late) wife get out and check for traffic before pulling out of the drive too...
