I'd argue that this is not badly modified, but a case of someone having more flamboyance than the average Brit is used to.

That paint is not on the standard colour chart so it's either a factory customisation, a respray or a wrap, ergo modified. Irrespective of the semantics it's still fking ghastly!

Not to my taste, I'd go for more of a pearl finish dusky pink, but that's just me.
At least it's not white.
