I'd hardly call the Polo badly modified. Not to your tastes? Yes. Badly modified - no.

I'm afraid that says more about you and the VAG scene than it does about any of us.Dave (6N2 GTI owner, albeit not 'stanced')
Modified purely for dub-yo asthetics in a manner which is detrimental to handling, practicality and durability, therefore it is bad. It is also a dolled up shopping trolley.
Stereo probably weighs more than the poxy little engine.
That Tommy Kaira on the other hand, that's lovely that is, entirely the wrong thread.
Even if it's not a TK, big wings on Skylines are de rigueur.

Not my photo, but this thing was ruining the ambience outside Rardley's in Grayshott as I cycled past yesterday...
...to my eyes, it's utterly horrible in almost every conceivable way. And all I could think of after seeing the plate was "what a c6nnt!".
DVLA have it registered as a red, 1 litre Polo E from 2000.
I am local too and see it there a lot, I wonder how Adrian Blythe and Rardleys feel about it? The paintwork is well done and a lot of work has gone in to it but just don't get it. It is often parked up with an E36 with a "drift" wing on and no suspension....to my eyes, it's utterly horrible in almost every conceivable way. And all I could think of after seeing the plate was "what a c6nnt!".

That R34 deserves to be in the "Supercars spotted, some rarities vol 6" thread!
+1Certainly not a 'supercar' by any way, shape or form.
