Apart from the questionable wheels,this is how Mitsuoka built it.

Because it isn't. The one in the ad is a Micra.

The add also says it a Misuoka Viewt which is what you have posted above and apart from some chrome coach lines it looks like the same car.

It is a Viewt - an earlier one based on the K11 micra:
