I recently got in to a bit of a debate with a lad on Facebook after questioning his modifications:-

Absolutely ruined it IMO.
Has he just cut random holes in the bonnet?
What in the fk has he done to that!! Ruined.
Looking at the NACA ducts on the original pic, it might be a different bonnet, meaning the original is somewhere collecting dust and could be refitted.

Im more concerned about the front wings/bumper though.. that's been properly ruined.

Obviously not short a few quid, weird to use such cheap, badly fitting wheels and keep stock suspension but do weird bonnet/bumper?!
I love modified cars but that is absolutely shonky.

Take one Ferrari 308GTB and try to turn it into something it's not...

There is something severely wrong in this picture...

I would feel sorry for the person who paid £63,000 for it, but they're obviously insane/blind, so it would be lost on him/her.
Disagree, the 288GTO was basically a 308 with a racing engine and body work anyway. And it looks like quality work.

I'd have it in a second!

Me to

And then do this with it

Those wheels look to be the Rays ones from the Nismo model, not cheap, unless they're fake. He has however ruined that car.

Christ I thought they used TEs. Those "Black Edition" split Rays are horrid!

I'm glad I'm not the only one offended by the GTR, I thought my comment of "That bonnet should be scrapped, recycled into something useful, scrapped again, burnt into dust and then sprinkled into a blast furnace" was verging on harsh, I was called "jealous" for that comment hehe

P.S. I think both the wheels and front bumper are either Nismo items or trying to replicate Nismo. The bonnet? I think that's from Selco boxedin

Both items on the orange minger look different from the nismo items, so yeah, not a fan.

I think the wkY mis-spaced "personal" plate says it all.

Apparently this is modified? Looks more like it's been crashed into and collapsed.

A little update on this, perhaps he commutes via rail.

This tyre stretching business has gone too far now.

I'm pretty involved in the "stance" "scene" and even I think this is pointless wky bks.
Adding a fake lip on the outside of your lip is the sttest thing I've seen in a long time.

A DIY Ka 'convertible' sent to the scrapyard in the sky by South Yorkshire Police https://www.instagram.com/p/BIFfoE3DeSP/

I had a friend who did the same to a marina coupe around 1985, it had a month to go till its MOT, he decided it wasn't going to pass so did a convertible version for its last month on earth. Jigsaw and grinder were put to use and away he went. He welded plates on the doors so they didn't open at all. No attempt at a hood so it got rather wet inside if it rained. Must have been mad to go out in it. I can't recall what he did about seat belt mounts but it was fun at the time. Certainly wouldn't go out in something like that now, far more sense

Any car with those on should be burnt, with the driver inside.
