I wouldn't call that badly modified at all; it looks like quite a professional job. Perhaps the headlights don't quite suit the grille, but I've seen plenty of production cars that look far worse.

Looks like a bit of fun and not trying to be serious. Not sure I would own it but cant say its badly done. Maybe not to your taste.

I'm going to guess that the "Hondaghini" is being sold by a trader located somewhere in Yorkshire? Possibly Keighley or Bradford?

Genius. I like it. It actually sounds like a lot of car for money. Assuming his story of it only having light cosmetic damage checks out.
