Agree. Lose the Monster stickers and that's a awesome toy. Bit annoying though that there is not one picture of the engine bay in the ad, the V8 is a massive part of the appeal.
I'd buy it just to offer short people lifts smile

Dunno. A v8 can only make up for so much. Blue flock dash, wonky switches doesn't fill me with confidence for the rest of the build

Hardly 'awesome'. And the RV8 is not a particularly great engine, but to be fair without the tat stickers it wouldn't look that bad and doesn't deserve to be in this thread

Don't Toyota have a few cars with big spoilers historically?

Their Supra at least had the go to match the show. Their celica had the option of a daft spoiler (on a FWD car, genius) which was fairly laughable. But we are now in 2014... I had hoped they may have grown up by now.

At some point the person owning this expedition thought to themselves "How can I make my car look cooler? Tramp Stamp! One that uses the existing door features to actually look like a clit and vagina."

the raised spoiler on the ST205 was only fit to the homo 500 cars (all 4wd) GT4s after that had a much smaller spoiler (without the raising spacer)

any other car with it on has been after market fitted

Guessing all those touring cars are fitting them unnecessarily then?

Touring cars don't usually sit outside McDonalds. Also the rear wing on a Touring car may be balancing out the front lip spoiler. On a FWD road car it is just daft. It might be impressive to young teens, but that is about it.

Also, real aero doesn't really come into full effect until you're travelling in excess of the legal limits on the road, so what's good for a BTCC car may not have much effect on the road

Yes........but not that big!!

The GT86/BRZ needs a bigger spoiler but that is a few inches too much!

As an aside, in 2001 when the BTCC regs were revised after the demise of super touring, the organisers decided that the new spec tourers should have spoilers to set them apart from the production class cars, but they didn't actually do much :/nerd mode
