Class - Porsche goes with Martini as well as Mr Bond does.

Personally think it looks odd the stripe stopping at the end of the bonnet....
I agree, I think it should have a 'nose' to finish it off. Cue hastily photoshopped image:

Much better.

Even just disappearing down behind the front plate would look better than their effort.

Get rid of the Viper-esque stripes over the roof/bonnet. Add small Martini branding to side stripes. Voila.

Porsche, you can pay me later.

PS - Someone p/shop this pls.

Porsche will sell you the stickers? So apart from some dash detailing and backlit kick plates why could I not just spec a new 991 this way (should I wish?)
That's what I was wondering too - I imagine you could spec a 'standard' car pretty much the same for an awful lot less than £102k! Or, even if Porsche won't give you the decals, I'm sure somebody else would...

Martini are PR masters. People will pay to have their brand on their own car now. But its easy to see why.

Cynical me says it's a way of boosting image & sales. I believe 2013 was the worst year for new 911 deliveries for over 10 years and I can see this trend continuing.

Its cool but I couldn't imagine anyone living with it every day.

Its like a toy for the person who already has 5 cars and this one is a kicker to the collection.

I'd have preferred if Porsche would have used this as a template (as seen at the Goodwood Festival of Speed 2013).

All mouth and no trousers.

For posers only.

If they did it with the new GT3 RS and made it even more extreme then fair enough....

Martini though? How very passé. Completely lacks the understated curves and elegance of the previous generation Martini-liveried cars, alas. Porsche Glasgow have spec'd some very nice custom colour schemes on cars over the last couple of years - I wonder if they're planning a nice local edition Buckie special?

Yes, but have you noticed how Gen 2 997 prices are holding? It's an ill wind…

I love Martini Stripes but they used to kind of swirl over racing Porches...917, RSR etc. These look really cheap, particularly the side stripe.

I eagerly await the OPD-endorsed 'psychedelic' wrap and the 'pink pig' wrap, the Brumos wrap and of course the Jagermeister wrap.

Those stripes look like something you'd buy on a roll from Halfords
At least tailor them to the car.

Superb colours aren't they ? Whoever designed those got it right smile Those stripes are probably a bit too big for the 911, still that black one is handsome smile

Save the £102k, buy a any 2nd hand white 911 pop to your local sign writers, £250 private plate from dvla and .... you look like an idiot in a non race spec car with race stripes, porsche diluting the brand?? how many limted editions have they done of the 997?

Porsche also offer spray on rally dirt in a can for $45.00.

ps is it the new GT3 that has the engine problems?
