sat nav to radio FM transmitter

Hi, Please can anyone advise. I can get the sound from my TomTom Go520 through the car radio speakers by selecting the same frequencies on both radio and satnav. No problem. However when driving for only 5 minutes the radio stops the FM 89.7 frequency and just jumps to a radio station such as smooth 106. ? or classic. I have tried setting the frequency into the car radio in as many different ways that i can think of but still get the same result. I have tried setting it on FM1 Fm2 & FmA

My car is a Fiat Doblo eleganza 2010 and the radio is "blessed" with "blue&me" bluetooth. My sat nav also has bluetooth but this blue&me thing will only accept certain devices and I dont know if the Tom Tom Go520 is one of them or even if it would be possible to use bluetooth for sound. Bluetooth handsfree phone works fine.

I also have a wince6 sat nav with bluetooth and FM functions but when trying to get the sound to work with the car FM the problem is still the same.

Do I need a gadget of some sort or is it just a matter of disabling ap or ta or something else on the radio. Please help Thanks
