C63 AMG sounds good,but...........................
Discussion
Best sounding car I ever had.
Nailed it coming out of a small service tunnel in East London once and made a group of teenagers instinctively run away from the side of the road
Mine had a Miltek Catback, there is zero point getting a car like that and leaving the standard exhaust.

Muted as standard though. The comedy thing about the C63 is how rude it is straight out of the showroom with no flaps or valves or anything. No boominess at cruise either.
I've driven a VXR with tubular headers, sports cats and a full Wortec system and they do sound awesome it has to be said.

They do sound good with a proper exhaust, but they are disappointingly flat and lifeless on the standard exhaust. One my company's sites is near an exhaust fabricator who is one of the most popular in the country for Monaros and VXR8s, so I tend to see quite a lot of them as they come and go from the workshop. Every time I've been to their place they have at least one Monaro or VXR8 being worked on. The cars go in sound muted and flat, and come out sounding incredible.
There is something about these cars, if I had loads of dough flying about for a V8 cruiser I'd have one. They're big, heavy and not as quick as you might expect, but they've got a definite cool about them.

Until you mod them
Your car is a little different to the run of the mill fare! What does your car weigh, and how extensive were the weight saving measures? Do you have any problems with traction on road tyres?Do you have any trackday or drag strip videos of it in action?

Had mine now for 3 years ,the longest I have owned anything apart from the wife and kids, and will never give her up,
Don`t get to drive it much but when the daughter fires it up in the morning before work, puts a smile on my face from miles away, scares dogs ,cats ,small children and anyone in the immediate vincinity, courtesy of Stainless Creations who did a marvellous job of transforming her from a whispering docile pet to a growling, spitting, anti social beast.

Not issues with traction because of the bigger wheels and tyres
