Being a soft top owner, had my soft top top and windows down through built up area
Then I noticed a car (E46 black vert), same with soft top down and windows down, but he also had his side lights and fog lights on!

Do people still think it's cool to have lower fog lights on!?

Of course, didn't you realise the Highway Code has recently been updated to include this passage:

"For those who wish to boost their 'street cred', permanent fog-light use is compulsory. Anyone seen driving a car and attempting to be 'cool' without utilising the fog-lights fitted are to be fined, and their 'cool' status removed."
