Can someone tell me when this engine redlines? if you get a high level of torque from 1,250 rpm and have it until 5 or 6,000rpm then this is an exciting diesel/ chassis combo
No such thing as an exciting diesel, regardless of chassis!

One of the more regular topics of discussion down t' pub is modern motorsport. My point being, half the attraction is noise - watch a round of V8 Supercars and you want to turn the volume up. Watch any of the Le Mans leaders (as I did last year) and it's almost boring, the noise they make is utter ste!

I went to the Nurburgring 24Hr in 2013, and the noise was phenomenal, at no point did we say 'it'd be nice to hear a diesel'...

Don't get me started on the addition of Electric st that's making the rounds, that's even worse!

London, Leeds Plymouth Exeter Liverpool Bristol Birmingham Edinburgh and one other .

By end of 2015 they will have 23 sites superchargers.

These superchargers actually take 20 mins not 40 and give you 150mile additional range

£50k starting price

Also what is interesting is he is offering Leaf Zoe and other EV to get free juice for a one off fee. A smart cookie that 21 year old Billionaire.

A turbo that kicks in sooner is exciting tech no matter which fuel you put in the tank. It'd be great if that becomes commonplace in petrol turbo cars too.

Perhaps I should've said my M3 - only a few tenths slower to 60, but it'd murder a Tesla round a track.

A 2 ton car is neither fun, nor fast! smile
