I find it hard to muster any real interest in Ferrari but the 288GTO is sublime.

I can't stand Foxtons but there is absolutely no doubt they are a brilliant business.
Selling up to a VC seemingly months before the Crunch was true genius.
The chap is certainly smart and capitalised on a huge growth market at exactly the right time from the end of one recession to before the start of the next. And contrast this to the chap who put together much of the funding for the buyout (a very old friend of mine) who is just as smart and hard working but one wrong deal and you can see the contrast in fortunes.
