What does it take for idiots like this to get some decent jail time??

Scum bag leads police on a 60mph daytime chase through residential streets (including a footpath behind a school). Oh, and he was jailed in 2006 for killing an 8 year old kid while driving a stolen car..... And the sad thing is he has spawned what will no doubt be another mouthbreather waste of oxygen!

It really is a cool story, you know what the best part is, I said to the police man I was trying to go back to the future...Seriously though, the story you posted isn't anything out the norm. Penalties aren't fair, etc.
