Tesla for me.. one of the most interesting, exciting new cars on the road no doubt about it. And the company is still so new that they're likely to be keen to resolve any issues you may run into very quickly.

Interesting dilemma!
I've driven Model S and M4. I have owned a Leaf for over 3 years and have a V8 M3 too.
M4 is very impressive to drive: loads of torque, suspension is great - it treads lightly compared to the V8 version, but less drama too.
Tesla is fast and with the optional "performance plus" suspension it is very positive to drive too. Home charging is easy and the supercharger network makes long distance travel possible and extremely cheap. Downsides are the size (long and very wide) and the rear seat is not great (high floor and low roof).
With the tax benefits of a company car I'd get the Tesla. If buying yourself, you could buy an M4 plus a decent EV (Leaf, i3, e-Golf, Zoe) for less than a high specced Model S...
