Following on from the current discussion I thought it best to put some numbers around it so we can see if it's truly a goer for JF and team.

Keep the discussion in the other forum post and just use this for voting please.

Simple question then... Are you in or out?

Undecided at the moment.

If I drop my sub to Octane (due for renewal - or not - shortly), then I may just give it a go.

Undecided. It depends on what Harris and Musto do. Not interested in the LaFerrari at all, so haven't subscribed for now.

There's a lot of abuse on the LaF vid at the moment, but YouTube really is the cesspool of the internet.

Having thought about it, I'd only pay for Chris and Matt's videos as they are the only ones I enjoy.

Chris could easily have his own channel and he'd obviously see more of the profits. Instead a large sum is going to the other guys across the Atlantic who I don't really enjoy watching. (Spinelli, Parente etc) Sorry guys.

Really enjoy The Smoking Tyre and Chris really should have his own show on his own channel.

Agree with this, I don't watch the other USA dross, like I said I like the CH videos so would pay for them, I'll see how it all works out.

Not for me, I've no interest I the American stuff and to be honest I find some of the harris stuff bores me, I'm not really interested in watching a guy drift cars round a track, best video I've seen from CH was the singer one.

Strange how some criticise top gear for being same old and formulaic but then gush over CH, his stuff is just as if not more formulaic.

I'm rarely an early adopter but will see how it pans out/will probably give it a spin for £2.50.

In principle i'm not against the idea, i do enjoy the videos but i guess i'm currently unsure if £25 pa offers more VFM than say an evo subscription.

No you're not ;-)

Anyway I believe the BBC produce a few other shows as well, I may be in a minority but the Licence fee is worth every penny.

Am oot.
To pay for it, I'd have to NEED my fix. I've watched so far as and when but its not been required viewing. I reckon if it can't find enough subscribers when free to support via ad revenue or attract sponsors it's already dead - just a matter of time.

You're kidding right? Have you not seen the video with the modified Exige on the mountains?!

From a UK perspective it is quite difficult as the Drive channel is 85% US content for (I would guess) a roughly 85% US audience. Personally I like a lot of the Big Muscle stuff but that is very much a minority interest here in the UK so I quite understand that other Brits don't get it.

And the reason it was good was the subject CH was incidental to the whole thing, in fact he was a tad annoying.

I refuse to carry anything other than notes, too much weight in my wallet rips the pockets of my peacocks shorts.
