V5 document - need to find address of where it was sent

Bit of a muck up with a vehicle I won on ebay.

Long story short I need to find out the address of where the last V5 document was sent, can't ask the current owner, as I need to see if he has been totally honest with me.

Anyone know if the DVLA would give out those details or other way.

If the vehicle was bought by a motor trader to sell on am I right in thinking that date would show up on the V5?

I don't really understand your question.
You won the car on ebay and you would like to know what address was written on the new owner section of the V5 or you want to know the DVLA address in Swansea?
If you won the car and STILL waiting for the V5, you can call DVLA and ask if they have received the document and where it is at the moment (post, procesing etc)
They will ask you for the reg number of the car and after that they will ask you to provide the name and address of the new (you) owner.
They will confirm the details if they are correct but they will NOT give you any info if one of the above doesn't match what they have on file.
I had a V5 lost (in the post) so I've called, and after they confirmed my details vs databese I got a new V5 within a few days.
