Think you could afford to buy one, but only as an asset - buying that and using it would be a mistake, better to buy one that’s been used and keep using it.
Now all I need is to win big.
The market of available cars is too small to be that choosy. If you want one you buy whatever is available. That same fact should also help to protect values even if you choose to drive a previously undriven example. Now all I need is to win big.

Even if I won the Euromillions jackpot I wouldn't buy one. Simply because my abilities behind the wheel wouldn't be able to even scratch the surface of the F1's abilities.
Also a t50 is much cheaper, more useable, and frees up more cash for coke & hookers. Putting 100k on a t50 would be a decent target imo shirt said:

I find it such a shame that such a car has not been driven and enjoyed. 247 miles or whatever is most likely trips to get it serviced. What a travesty.
I just don’t get it. Anybody that can afford to buy one doesn’t need for the investment, they do not need it to go up in value, they will have plenty of other investments that will out perform a car in that regard. So why dent yourself the pleasure of using it?E90_M3Ross said:

It was perhaps a punt that would continue. I suspect todays price is less than 2021 price, even more so in real terms. let see where the auction ends up.

Or you could say it's good as there's plenty of life in it yet, there's a proper original F1 experience that exists in the world.Sadly I guess it's unlikely any future owner will drive it much either though!
