Can we have the Lola for POTW?
Saw the Tandy antics at Spa6 historics:

Tandy R&R - P3 car - Lola T70 Mk3B shows how it's done: clipping apex and satisfying the photographers.

Can't think of a more angry looking racer.

It is ... low.

Ever wondered what it is to be inside this thing and lap Spa in under 2:30? Watch this clip then:

Terrific stuff; and if you like this check out Jim Pace Predator Performance stuff on youtube (links are beyond me) . V high quality material- no silly music- just screaming V8s. The McLaren Can Am M6B (I think ) is especially wonderful.

oh my- what an opportunity

the closes i ever got was a drive in http://www.gdcars.com/cars/gd-t70-spyder/

which is a kit car but a very very very high quality one.

What an original feels like with more power, and no modern accouterments must be phenomenal

We Supply brake pads for lots of exotica, from F1 to WRC, these are by far my favourite, they only use a brake pad thats the same as a 70's road going 911 Porsche!
But thats 60's brakes for you..

Like Roger Wills answered (on my q 'what's the difference between modern and historic racing'): no grip and loads of camaraderie: brakes there are none wink Mechanical grip is fun!

T76 looks like the ultimate weapon to enjoy it with.

The Q is: do you need bigger brakes? wink

Good question, not sure I'd have waited 6 years to ask it though!

These beasts rely on mechanical grip. My guess: bigger brakes will make them uncontrolable before turning in...
