If you were ever to fly it out to Australia, I'm sure we would be honoured to give it pride of place at the McDonalds carparc classic.

Thanks for replying you're my new hero. A further question that I hope isn't too personal, did you buy it new or was it supplied 2nd hand through the factory?

Also if I could be really cheeky, have you upgraded the brake light bulbs?
I was invited to a private showing by a specialist dealer in Mount Vernon (East end of Glasgow- popular with shady types).

I struck up such a rapport with the dealer that when everything was in place and the car was valeted, I noticed that the 'tricky ' had removed the specially designed Clarion infotainment system and replaced it with a pishy goodmans model.

The brake light bulbs remain standard. Some things in life must retain their purity (and they are a right fker to get at).

Pebble Dash, as opposed to Pebble Beach?

I shall enquire about shipping!

One wonders if this should be moved to the marque specific form, or if the more general discussion warrants such a beacon remaining in GG.

Slightly hunched at the shoulders with a bit of a belly.

Oh, you mean the car?

I'm struggling to believe that it's yours Chunky, you're going to have to prove it's not just the school holidays and you're not having us on.

Irn Bru shot with a polish chick draped over the bonnet outside a kebab shop in Govan - or you're lying.

If it is yours would you consider adopting me?

I'll make arrangements for the photo and the adoption!

CB- given the constraints of time (and that Kinga is at work), would an artistic photo of the car outside Govan Lidl with a bottle of Polish Cherry Vodka suffice?

If so...

What I love is that that is a colour photo.

How about the other way round, with a can of Lidl soup on the bumper, above the star I was given as a gift from Kim Jong Un?

As it's such a performance machine, I don't scrimp on tyres. I go to a very specific garage, known as 'the Asian lads' and they stock special tyres imported from Germany. I believe they are called 'partworn' or something similar!
roflrofl

And the brakes, are they OEM or have you bespoke calipers?

I love the artistic camera work, I don't suppose you've had it detailed recently? Or does Kinga use her lady juices to buff up the paint work while you apply a healthy portion of elbow grease on a Sunday morning?

Here is a full colour photo of Govan Road. Yes, it is a lot like your parents Christmas photos from the '70s. That's what Govan looks like in the present day.

I thought it would make a great photo- the sheer avant garde modernity of the Ignis against such a gritty backdrop.

(Oh, and I live here.)

I use a clay bar. Then I wax it with imported Polski Clunge Batter.

It does a great job!

That is an extraordinary photo. I can smell the social deprivation from the kebab shop from here. Now, serious question, the star on the back, replica vinyl or original Chinese army invasion grade issue?
