I have always liked subtle wheels, for example the old SL55 AMG ones

Posting from my phone so no links unfortunately

I think most modern alloys are overly fussy (think complex spokes with multi colours / diamond cut

For me:

Mk1 RS Turbo
E34 M5 (early model with turbines that looked like plastic wheel trims. Only added to the Q car look
Miura /espada cromodoras

Never seen those before. What trim-level were they fitted to?

The regular ones are lovely:

Really?

Those two are dreadful. The Mercedes has nothing and the Audi wheels are ugly.

They were fitted to the first series 164 Cloverleafs, they're called campagnuolos (probably spelled wrong!)

Always thought these 911 turbo wheels were pretty cool. Lots of nice wheels in this thread (apart from those red Audi RS3 ones).

I think the Speedline Turinis fitted to the Trophy are lovely wheels!
With the exception of the tint these are the exact same wheels that were fitted to the 172 Cup, which I owned one of for 4 years. They look the nuts, but they are a real faff to clean!

Do you have eyes? smile

They are beautiful. I first saw these on an RS Megane in Geneva 2009, my first thought was simply 'wow'.
