What about a SQ5

http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/audi/sq5/59186/audi-s...

309bhp and 650Nm of torque will take the SQ5 from 0-62mph in 5.1 seconds.

Actually, scrap that the Porsche Cayenne Diesel has 385bhp

No mention of Porsche?

Panamera diesel has around 300bhp 0-60 in about 6 secs

You should try the F30 320d auto - a lady at work with me (she has worn out a set of pads and discs in the the brand new cars first 20k miles) her average MPG is over 50!!!!

I'd expect that you should get into the 80's mpg if your really really trying.
I see you have...hehe
Will not deny that - on leave and enjoying the red wine wink

Easy.. You need to scrap your idea of no BMW's and get yourself a 125d.

It's not a big car, if that's why you didn't want a BMW, but I would say it is fast(ish).

Twin turbo 2 litre, 219 bhp and easily manages 50 mpg.
125d only has a single turbo.

Not that the OP cares as it is too big and ostentatious for his and his customer's needs.
Not sure that it is, I know BMW have confused matters with its "twin power" turbo badging so everyone thinks they have 2 turbos, but the 25d cars are twin turbo IIRC.
So it is, The "twin power" certainly had me thinking it was a single twin scroll turbo, but I guess that's just a petrol thing.

The OP still doesn't want one though. hehe

And not a small hot hatch one either. The M Sport big wheels and aero bodykit must mean that his customers can go swivel too.

BMW have been leading the way in top end diesels for 15 years and are always a generation ahead of all competition. Its good they have been driving other makers to keep up which is great

How about a MINI Cooper S diesel? Not quite as much power as your Leon but lighter and you can probably get it remapped for more power. Not too ostentatious either.
